Works for the construction of both buildings started in March and June 2021, respectively.

EdP has carried out the MEP engineering design for Estudio Lamela, the Architect of the project. EdP is also the project manager for the building developed by Sierra Blanca Estates.

Works are being executed by Sacyr Construction for both buildings, and a completion period of 24 months is estimated.

EdP was also the author of the zoning plan for the area, the urbanization design and supervision, and the land subdivision.
