The hotel will be located in an unfinished structure located in the Doña Julia planning area in Casares, and will open its doors in 2022. Platinum Estates is the investor, and EdP the technical constultants who will carry the architectural and engineering design of the hotel and the project management. Jose Garcia, Project Manager, and Benjamín Gallardo, Leading Architect, say that the hotel will feature 196 keys and 12 luxury suites. The hotel is comprised of a main building which contains the main hospitality areas, as well as three restaurants, SPA, gym, underground carpark with 120 spaces, and 8 villas which surround the main pool. The area of the project is 50,000 m2 GBA.
