Inaugurated in 2008, the Plaza Mayor Shopping centre was subject to an expansion process of some of its most notable tenants (Zara, H&M, Stradivarius), as well as an integral refurbishment.

Just like the adjoining centre, this project posed a significant challenge since these actions took place while the center maintained its operation and was open to the public, which created great difficulties at both design and engineering levels
