During the session that took place on 22^nd February 2022, the Regional Government has decided to include this project into their Project Acceleration Unit. This implies that there will be a Project Manager from the Government who will keep track of the approval procedures. The project will also benefit from priority in its approval, and subsequently we expect an expedited path towards its approval. EdP has been chosen again by Sonae Sierra and McArthurGlen to provide urban planning, architecture, engineering and construction supervision services for this second phase project.
