During the month of May 2021, the permit for the construction of the 1.5 tower of the renowned Malaga Towers project, developed by Sierra Blanca Estates, was granted. This is the central building of the three planned in the area.

Planning wise, EdP prepared the Partial Plan of the planning area, the Urbanization documents, as well as the land subdivision. It secured all the approvals and is now supervising the urbanization works. Building wise, EdP was hired to prepare the MEP engineering design for the three towers, and has been trusted by Sierra Blanca Estates to provide Project Management services for the construction of its tower.

Works have been contracted to Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras, and completion will happen in 2023.
