Partial Plan developed in Malaga, western sea promenade. It creates a new sea side façade with the adjoining La Termica development. Contemporary design carried out by Estudio Lamela. The total GBA is 86.963 with the following zoning breakdown:

Residential (ocean front, tree towers of 21 floors), 45.680 with 216 units, developed by Sierra Blanca Estates and Metrovacesa.
