This projects consists of the expansion of the existing Plaza Mayor complex with the construction of the first McArthurGlen Designer Outlet center in Spain. With a total investment of 50M euros, EdP was trusted with the urban planning of the project, architectural design and engineering, as well as the construction supervision.

We were also in charge of the project management for the construction of the MA-20 motorway expansion as access to the shopping area.
