EdP Architecture and Urbanism is a business area which value proposal is based on supplying professional technical services in the Real Estate full value chain, from Master Planning all the way down to Construction Supervision.

We have a 30 years experience, having carried out several projects in which one or more of the following tasks were responsability of EdP.

Activities

EdP has resources and know how to work in a proposal basis anywhere in the world. More than 15 golf courses, 12 shopping areas, 30 residential resorts and developments have been master planned during the last decade.

The fact that services along the full value chain are supplied in house (especially infraestructure assesment for these planning areas) also allows our company to make realistic (design wise and cost wise) approaches to projects.

EdP has a deep understanding of Spanish legal system and is hence prepared to develop all kinds of tasks needed to carry out a real estate project in Spain:
